The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by dtail™ design store. By submitting your online order to store.dtail.com, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. At dtail™ design store's sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before your order is accepted.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. If an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. An order will be declined, if the credit card is declined. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Certain products may have additional warranties provided by the original manufacturer but not by dtail™ design store.

Payment Shipping and Handling Charges and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase.

Prices
Prices shown on the dtail™ design store do not include shipping and handling. All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP). The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. However, if the price drops before shipment and you notify dtail™ of the lower price before the product is shipped, the difference in price will be refunded to you.

Shipping & Risks during Shipping
When products are shipped to you by common carrier, dtail™ design's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage.

Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability to you for products purchased from store.dtail.com shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products. dtail™ will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law. 

Returns

Defective item (Refund):
In the event that you received an item which is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you are requesting a refund on a defective item, we require you to pay the initial cost of shipping we will then refund you your postage cost along with a full refund on the item(s) when we receive it within the 14 days of purchase. Please contact us by using the Contact Us page.

Received a wrong Item:
In the event that you received a wrong item we will send you a replacement and a call tag to retrieve the incorrect item.  Please contact us by using the Contact Us page.

Missing item(s):
In the event that you are missing items in your order once we are notified we will ship out the missing items as soon as we can.  Please contact us by using the Contact Us page.

Unwanted item(s):
For unwanted items, we will only offer a refund for products that are within 14 days of purchase. Furthermore you will have to bear the full cost of postage and packaging of returning the product(s) to us. No refund will be issued unless the product is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold.

dtail™ reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow return procedures to ensure the return of your refund. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our warehouse and pass an inspection process. When your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.
